As Head of Affiliates, your role involves overseeing incoming performance traffic across our brands to enhance and achieve initial sales targets, adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets. Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, tactics, and plans, executing them effectively, optimising performance, and fostering robust partnerships with all collaborators. The preferred candidate should possess 2 to 3 years of experience in affiliate management in the online casino sector, and demonstrate prior experience in leading an affiliate team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the performance of all accounts and deals.

- Attend industry trade shows globally to build relationships.
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing.
- Work with product and development teams to improve user experience.
- Operate and manage affiliate teams efficiently.
- Conduct appraisals, reviews, and identify training needs.
- Provide inspirational leadership and act as a role model.
- Work closely with the marketing team to address issues and deliver solutions.
- Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs promptly.
- Analyze affiliate performance reports and ensure partner traffic and performance growth.
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.

- Provide training on affiliate management and mentor junior team members.

- Regularly update CRM and ensure the team does so in a timely manner.
- Communicate with affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimisation opportunities.
- Handle any affiliate payout issues.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Affiliation team within an online casino company.
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dynamics.
- Showcase at least 2 years of proven experience in team management.
- Must be open to frequent overseas business trips.
- Exhibit strong management and leadership skills.
- Proactively approach tasks and excel as a multitasker.
- English proficiency at a mother tongue level (both written and spoken) is a must. An additional language is advantageous.
- Possession of media buying experience is considered beneficial.
